Transmission Planning Optical Fiber – Executive

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Telecommunication Engineering
• Minimum 2~3 years experience as transmission (optical) planning department in operator (preferable), and 3~5 years experience in Telco Industry.
• Hands on planning experience in Transmission
• Good in English both oral and written

Principal Accountabilities :

• ADM/Mux planning for Access/Metro/Backbone/POI/LL;
• Plan optical network design to cover new area/city;
• Capacity forecast and planning;
• DB management and CR generate;
• Proactive to improve standard planning guideline & initiative to provide protection mechanism for whole requested activity as standard planning guideline
