CUSTOMER SERVICE SPV SEMARANG
(Jawa Tengah – SEMARANG)

Requirements:

• Female / Male, age max 30 years
• Min Bachelor Degree in any field
• Has at least 1 year experience in Supervisory or Team Leader position, with strong leadership skills
• Has at least 3 years experience in Customer Service, preferably in the telecommunications industry
• Have good interpersonal, good performance and communication skill
• Able to understand and to speak English
• Has knowledge how to operate computer and related applications (MS office applications)
• Able to work in shifts and/or during holidays, and willing to extend work hours
• Full-Time positions available
• Preferably local applicants

• Minimum Diploma Degree from any major background
• Minimum 2 years experience working as a professional in sales area, especially in Telco industry
• Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Sales – Corporate or equivalent
• Job role in Supervisor/Team Lead or Distributor/Channel Sales
• Good communication & presentation skill
